Kembo’nga Kawat

Kembo’nga holds a Bachelors of Law from the University of Papua New Guinea and a Masters of Law in Commercial and Corporate Law from Bond University, Australia. He has extensive experience across commercial law, public law, banking and finance, oil and gas, natural resources, conveyancing, leases, contracts, and dispute resolution.

He has held senior roles with Paul Paraka Lawyers, Employers Federation of PNG, Civil Aviation Authority of PNG, and Bank South Pacific, contributing to key initiatives such as the Civil Aviation Act 2000 and establishment of the National Airport Corporation.

Mr. Kawat currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the National Housing Corporation of PNG and NiuSky Pacific Ltd.
